The secret garden

Les Ensembliers designed their elegant dressing room with a sophisticated, well-travelled woman in mind. The space, which perfectly melds form and function, is filled with design elements that speak to her cosmopolitan and self-assured nature.

The ante chamber to the lady's dressing room continues to tell the story of a full: inspired by fine luggage from the house of Goyard in Paris, the built-in dressers speak to the luxury travel cases of a bygone era with their textural wallpapered insets, stunning black horn handles, and decadent, purple-lined drawers.

The concept of the decor began to take shape with the spectacular peacock finish applied to the front of the closets' doors, developed by Les Ensembliers with their artisans specifically for this project. With classical space planning establishing the room's perfect proportions, Les Ensembliers were able to focus their attention to the decadent art deco inspired details. Reminiscent of a highly treasured jewel box, exquisite finishes add depth and character to the decor's story.

“It feels kind of Asian, but mixed with French, sort of European, a little bit of contemporary, what woman would not want this?”

“I think it represents us because we have put what we loved into it and it speaks to us.”
